advice
i'm trying to lose like 15-20 pounds over summer. everday, i'm trying to do 50 push-ups which makes the muscles in my arms grow which get rid of the fat and then for my stomach (which is what i want gone the most) i do 100 reg. sit-ups, and then i do 50 where i lay my legs straight so my legs arent bent and then i put my arms across my chest and do sit-ups like that for my lower abs, and then i do 50 sit-ups on each side for my hips and then i do 100 fast reg situps without going all the way down. yea its a lot but im trying to work it off. and then for my legs i do these lunges we work on in karate (i do that twice a week when im home for summer) and then for my calves i go up on my tip-toes and then back down 50 times trust me it hurts..and now im starting to run up and down my steps 10 times for my legs..and do 50 jumping jacks and run in place for every commercial on TV as fast as i can....anything else i can do for exercising
and then for eating...i'm having one serving of cereal every morning with 1/2 cup 1% milk and then drink milk with that (if you drink milk in the morning it helps with losing weight) and then for lunch i eat 1-2 servings of salad with dressing but we dont have fat free dressing =[ and a 90calorie energy bar. for dinner--thats when im "bad" i never really eat a healthy dinner, my family is too busy we dont have time to cook so we either eat fast food or whatevers microwavable in the house and i dont want to eat salad again..
so my basic question is what can i do to eat more healthy and exercise more so i can lose the weight?

That's a wicked lot of excersizing and do you know how long all of that will take you!!? Well, here's the thing. Sit ups and crunches don't work unless you do them in intervals. Like do 15 sit ups and then take a minute break, and do 15 more and then take another minute break and then do 15 more and etc. If you do them 1 after another after the first 30 sit ups you won't have much effect because you're body will get used to doing them in a row, over and over again. Taking breaks in between will have more effect on your body. And make sure you do a lot of cardio excersizes such as swimming dancing and running. Maybe you can jog for 20 minutes each day. Other then that, you are doing all good excersizing workouts but make sure you drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated and DON'T over work yourself because there is no need to!
As for food, your breakfast and lunch is fine but your dinner needs work. Fast food is about 1000 calories minumum so all of the calories you just burned by excersizing, will all go to waste because you'll just put the weight back on again. I suggest googling "healthy food recipes" and printing them out and make them in the morning so you can just heat them up for dinner. For dinner eat a few fruits and veggies because they are very good for dieting! Grilled chicken and brown pasta and brown rice is healthy for you but NOT fried chicken, regular pasta, and white rice. Stay away from those!! Cooking a healthy dinner can be simple if you don't choose a complex food.
When you're stressed out, you tend to put a lot of weight on for some reason, so try not to get stressed over things and that will help, believe it or not!!
Remember to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day! Water makes your metabolism faster so you can digest your food faster.
