Hey Everyone,
I'm back for the third summer in a row!:) I'm here to listen to you, and try to give you the best advice I can. I've been through a lot, and I can relate to many problems people have, so all my answers I give are coming from experierence. My interests are swimming, tanning, horse back riding, dancing, flip flops, flimmaking, and photography. I like giving advice, and I love getting results. I have my email on here somewhere, and thats the best way to contact me. I'm always here to listen, I'm a great listener. ok well heres my problem im a "perfectionist" sort of.. lol well i guess you can say i try to look the best i can.. uh.. in other words use everything i have.. yeah i dont know how to explain it.. well my biggest problem is that i over eat a lot lately.. over the summer, when i got a boyfriend it stopped and then started again.. after it was over.. the relationship didnt last very long maybe for 14 days.. well yea i start off eating healthy and then just eat junk food.. its like if it eat at all.. i eat junk food also.. but this isnt all the time.. i eat more than i should.. okay.. well i know a lot of info about dieting.. that sleep is important.. (which i get) at least 8 hours a night.. um.. i know sucking on ice can burn calories.. i kind of know what causes cellulite.. see well im not to clear about that and part of my question is that.. im not sure.. i know sugar & fried food can cause cellulite.. and caffine.. yeah so i need some info about that!! and i guess boredom can cause over eating.. thats the thing how can i stop that?.. um.. also i watch this show at 3 everyday.. its from 3 to 4.. thats wen i seem to eat.. during the whole hour =(.. i eat slow during the hour but eating for an hour definatly add up!! slow or not. when theres school i do the same.. right when i get home.. which is 3 i start eating and then eat too much.. stop around 4.. with school i think it was even worse.. well i did lots of excercise and stuff.. but not enough.. well my problem is i guess i need to stop watching that show somehow!! or just suck on ice during it.. sometimes i just cant.. i dont know.. well tell me what you guys think!! this is huge problem for me.

I had a similar problem and my sister did as well. We both had issues going on around us and we weren't truly aware that depression can be expressed in many ways and eating is one of them. I'm not saying that is your case, but maybe this boyfriend trouble is making you feel a little depressed. Don't stop watching your show if you really like it. Just try to sit in a comfortable place with a big big big big glass or water bottle and start drinking. Tell yourself that by the end of this show I am going to have this water completly gone. Eat lunch before that so when your show is about to go on you at least have a meal. Then if you feel yourself craving anything just sip the water. I'm not much of a water drinker, but it really did help. Try maybe running in place while the commericals are on. It seems like you care about your health and you want to do the right thing. Maybe if you have a friend or sibling to talk to about your exboyfriend it might help. It's a tough sitituation to be in, and it's really not fun but I hope I helped you at all. Don't force yourself to do away with snacking all at once, your just going to crave it more. Just take away a little less junk food everyday until there isn't anything left to take away.
