Okay. Im 13/f looking for some good excercise tips for over the summer. I need to tone the area around my stomach and my thighs. Any advice anyone? I will rate! Thanks =] (link)
do a lot of crunches and when you lift your back/neck off of the ground or whatever, also lift your legs up! that will help a lot with your thighs and stomach.. you will feel the burn a lot quicker and it might be difficult, but you will get use to it and you will see quick changes.
