Okay. Im 13/f looking for some good excercise tips for over the summer. I need to tone the area around my stomach and my thighs. Any advice anyone? I will rate! Thanks =]
if you live near the beach Definately go on morning walks in the sand. it helps your thighs + lower stomach because your feet sink in the sand + it is harder to walk but -it is also fun because hey who doesnt like to be at the beach looking at hotties in swimsuits LOL-. but if you dont live by the beach look in magazines for exercises. also go on runs, sit ups, walks+ just be active. (swimming is 1 of my favorite summer exercises)
