I'm going to my school's graduation ceremony on Thursday (I'm not graduating, just coming to watch) and I don't know how to wear my hair. I'm wearing a strapless dress, but I'm wearing a long-sleeved shrug/sweater thing over it. My hair is moderately dark, brown-purple (I dyed it), medium-long, thick, and a little wavy. I need a hairstyle that's very easy to do, will stay for a few a hours, and doesn't take much product. I'm considering just wearing my hair down and doing side bangs, but I'd rather do something more interesting.

i have the same type of hair as you. with strapless dresses, i just love it half up and curled with side bangs. maybe you can try that. =).
