ok, so my bf and i will just be talking and what not and he is lying on the couch and i just want to say to him" oh my god you are so effing hot i have every reason on earth to jump on top of you and furiously make out." But that would be wierd.... so how can i get to that place where i can actually do that. how can i "seduce him" into making out with me without sounding desperate?

Why use words? Used actions! Facta, non verba!
Let him know that you really want it, and chances are that you'll get it. He's a guy, but maybe he's a bit timid. Watch a romantic movie while sitting on the couch with him. Snuggle up to him and if you find yourself laughing or crying or something because of the movie, look at him to see if he's doing the same. Once he looks at you, just reach up and flat-out kiss him, girl! Let him know by your reactions that you're REALLY enjoying it, and he'll most likely give you more.
