Dear Advicenators,
I am a 16 yr old girl And I like this boy that works at a local grocery store. he is also 16. We flirt alot and we always smile at eachother, and we have hung out once with mutual friends,and i always go through his line but the thing is he wont ask me out. I was told he liked me and he knows I like him, but i dont think hes ever had a girlfriend before, and I am very traditional and I dont feel comfortable asking a boy out. what can i do to get him to ask me out, i think were hanging out again this weekend. If you like him, then why waste time? Just say "Hey (insert name here), let's go out for coffee/movies/casual sex sometime." If you put in casual sex, I guarantee he'll say yes. No but really, the only reason you don't feel comfortable is the fear of rejection. If there's no fear of rejection(or even if there was), ask him out.
