hey everyone! :]
Im 14 years old and i wiegh 117 pounds : /
im not really fat but i have HUGE love handles how do i get rid of them and how long do u think it will take.
Ill rate 5's for anything!

I read online that doing a variation of the sit up targets your side abs and love handles.
Instead of doing regular sit ups, get in the sit up position and then turn over on your side, keeping in the same position. Do your normal situps, twisting to the ceiling. Do some reps then turn over on other side and repeat.
