So this girl who was suposed to be my BESTFRIEND ratted on meh and my closest friends for drinking. Now I lost my best guy friend in the world and im never aloud to talk or see him again. my parents have a restraining order on him and Its killing me because I love him so much and would do anything for him..
Im not sure weather I should forgive my so called "bestfriend" or not...

Look, your best friend did the right thing. Which would be harder for you, to not be able to see him because he drinks or to not be able to see him because you were driving when you were drunk and his was in the seat and got killed? Your best friend was looking out for you and she was, appearantly, the only one who was. Drinking kills, hurts, and damages.
