so heres just a stupid question :-D uhh can you really die by leaving a tampon in 2 long or something? i mean i dont use them anyways but a lot of people say that!!! _(link)

If you leave a tampon in for too long, you can get a rare but serious disease called Toxic Shock Syndrome, and although it is not always fatal, you can die from TSS.
