How long can someone go without eating food but drinking water? if you happened to stop eating food would you die? (link)

Well, if you stop eating, you will eventually have no more calories to burn and you will start to eat yourself from the inside out. It attacks muscles first and guess what the heart is (yes, a muscle). Does that answer your queestion about whether you will die or not?
Sorry, if that sounded rude or something but I've had friends who have tried this. I almost lost two friends in a roew because my best friend stopped eating because her boy friend was in a comma and they didn't know if he would wake up.
You can go about 3 weeks without food and about 3 days without water.
