tryy to eat really healthy.. that helps.. also work out a lot.. try doing push ups like 5 4 times a day then also do crunches or sit ups to help your stomach.. the next day you might be a little soar but if you keep doing this every day your body will get used to it.. also if you join a gym.. swimmm a lot because that is really good for the arms and legs.. umm what else.. you can run and lift weights.. that sort of thing.. hope i helped =]
