Recently during a game, I think i pulled a muscle in my thigh area or something because it hurts! It's kind of hard to walk on my left leg and when i press against my upper thigh, it really hurts. I'm not even sure if i pulled something or if it's something else. But anyway, I have a really important game coming up this work, so i'm wondering if anyone has any ideas how to lessen the pain or make it better or anything.

Okay, sometimes taking in foods with certain minerals helps tons. Here's a site on which minerals to take --

Another thing I learned in gym in 6th grade, hehe, was R.I.C.E -- Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation.
