i've been really stressed lately and i finally cracked. yesterday night i was working on homework late at night and i just started crying. over all the things that are wrong in my life and it seems like theres nothing left to be happy about and im just not happy with my life right now. i dont know what to do. aw im sorry sweetie, but try not to get too upset or it might make things worse. first, i'd like to say, this happened to me i think...3 years ago. well the homework thing. im not sure whats happening in your personal life, so i cant relate, but i used to get soooo stressed out with homework. i would do it for like 4 hours each night, but enough about me. basically what i did, is set up times for homework. i would get home, and take an hour to get have a snack and watch tv or whatever, and the i'd do homework for an hour. then take a half hour break, and start homework again. it might take you a little longer but trust me, it definitely helps you get relaxed. also you could try doing yoga or meditating because if im wicked stressed i'll do that and, for me at least, it calms me down very much so. i just turn on my red light and listen to music and do stretches, but maybe its something different for you...either way you could give it a shot.
