Q: I'm 13 and I way 113 pounds. I am not bib but I am not super skinny. I am very muscular. I run atleast a mile atleast 3 times a week and i do sit ups and other excercises every night but I can't seem to lose weight. Is this a bad weight? and does anyone know any good ways to lose weight 5-10 pounds?

You don't need to lose any weight, because youre just fine. if you want to know, then go to am-i-fat.com and type in your weight and height there and they'll tell you. they also give good diet tips on that site so check it out.
