Q: Okay, yesterday I found out that if I don't get a siciatrist (sp?) to see me by next week, then I will have to live with somebody else. I mean that is totally impossible for me and I know that my mom wont let that happen. I have anxiety and if I have to leave her then I will just die! But I know she wont let that happen to me, so I'm not very worried. But my mom is having a nervous breakdown! She is just lying in her bed crying and she says that she is sick and she is like freezing, she has like 3 covers over her and she is still shivering.
I am just really upset for her, so does anyone have any ideas on something I can do to help her? Maybe make her feel better?

make some hot chocolate turn on a movie and just lay down with her.. tell her everything is ok hold her and tell her you love her! Hold her so your body heat goes on her and so she also knows you will always be by her side and her yours..

Tell her about how much you love her and everything she has done for you!

i think this will help her stop crying and make you feel better also.
