I'm 5"4' and 160 lbs. That doesn't sound that 'fat' but I'm also 13 years and my doctor thinks it's too fat and that was the cause of my 'monthly's' stopping for 4 months early last year! I really need an appropriate diet to lose some pounds because I feel fat and since I have to maintain school and homework, chores, etc. it's tough to not eat.
Recently I've been on a diet with food and water and no snacks but I did eat a few snacks and after 4 bottles of water...I felt reallly bloated! So How Do I use my water and food (lunch) diet without the snacks...the temptation of the snacks? Does anny one know how to avoid buyin em?

I would suggest that instead of completely cutting out snacks, try and get healthy snacks. Some good foods that you can snack on are celery (excellent source of fibers) blueberries (great antioxidants) carrots (good for your eyes) and bananas (lots of potassium). Celery is really good because it's nice and crunchy and you actually burn more calories eating/digesting it than the amount of calories you actually gain by consuming it. ^^
