ok, my abs are pretyy flabby and so are my theighs, what should i eat and not eat and what can i do (exercise wise) to get rid of them...i rate high thx...

a simple way to shed a few pounds.. is before bed do one simple thing.. 35 crunches and 10 push ups. i do them every night.. and it really helps. they dont make you sweaty.. so after a shower is fine. make sure your doing crunches properly- its like half of a sit up. you should feel your stomach / abs working.. NOT your back. if you are feeling it in your back.. you are not doing them correctly. if you do them every night.. you will notice a difference. make it a routine.. i do them every night and it really helps. it only takes about 2 minutes.. like half a commercial break. hope it helps!
