About Gabriel

Howdy! I don't really know what you plan to find out about me but here's a start. I'm a pretty smart guy, and I know a little bit about almost everything. Basically you ask for advice and I give it. I'll try not to steer you wrong but if I do please don't e-mail me and instant message me about how I ruined your life etc. Time heals all wounds and you will live. I love martial arts, I am ex-military, and I hope to be a teacher in the near future. I love all forms of music and art. My favorite color is deep purple. I have a great deal of interest in Japanese culture among others, and hope to do more traveling in my later years. If you need to know any more feel free to e-mail me, instant message me, or leave a note in my inbox. Here's hoping you have a life good enough that you never need my advice!

is hydrogen peroxide(sp?) ok to use to whiten your teeth? and if so, how do you do it, whats the best way to put it on, how long to you keep it on, etc....

also, would it be better to use before or after baces come off(i obiously have braces)

thanksss

Do NOT use hydrogen peroxide solution on your teeth. Use a whitening toothpaste. They're specially formulated for just that. Whitening strips like Crest Whitestrips work very well also. However I do not recommend any kind of whitening until after your braces come off. The spots covered by the braces will not be whitened and this will lead to uneven coloring and spotting on your teeth.
