Q: I really feel awful right now so I'll sum it up. When I got to my last class today a friend told me I was really stained. I went to the bathroom and i had blood on the back of my pants. It's so embarrasing. I feel like becoming a hermit crab. Share your experiences with me please.

I'm sorry to hear that, sweetie.
That happened to me my freshman year. I was going to biology class and I had this nice tan skirt on that day, but then a girl came up behind me and told me I had a stain on the back of my skirt. It was really embarassing, especially since I had to ask my guy teacher for a pass to the nurse. I called my mom, I got upset on the phone, and she came to bring me a new pair of pants and take me home. I was embarassed for a little while after, but I think most people around had easily forgot.
I'm a senior in high school now and I'm sure that's not what I'm remembered for especially since I'm sure no one even remembers that day. Just try to stick out the first few uncomfortable days and eventually anyone who knows about it will get over it.
