ok well i dont know if this is going to sound dumb or not but i REALLY want to be a singer and i'm just wondering...how do you get a manager? and is it money (how much?)? and i just want to know where i can find one. thank you very much (link)

First you go down to your local town hall and ask for a eg445 form (that's at least the most common name for the form, I know that in some states they don't really have a name, if they don't know what an eg445 is - you may want to just explain what you want) then you fill that out and they file it for you and such. If anyone is interested you should get a phone call.
