Hi I'm a 27 year old female from British Columbia, Canada. I work in retail as a sales assoicate. I have an above average intelligence about relationships and mental health issues and love giving advice to those in need. My parents bitterly divorced when I was 13 and through this I learned a lot about relationships. I've also lived through a severe depression and mental breakdown in my early twenties, so I know a lot about mental health. If anyone has a question for me about either of these topics I would be glad to answer as best to my abililty. I would just like to add how much joy this site had brought to my life. Okay, somethings I can say about me is that I am extremely outgoing friendly and helpful.... so how can I like put that in the answer making it sound professional?
And I used to work at Six Flags Astroworld at the front gate, I opened and closed the park, greeting and meeting all the guests that came it... mabye this will help too!

I've been to a lot of job interviews, and I've also taken a course on questions that employers are likely to ask potential employees.
The best and most professional way to answer the question, before talking about yourself, is to butter up the company. What I mean is you should do research on the company, so when you answer the question, "why are you interested in working at dots", I would say something along the lines of: I am interested at working at dots because of the excellent reputation your company has. I have always been a regular customer at your store because of the outstanding service and always feel very welcome.
Then I would start talking about yourself, maybe say something like: I believe I would be a valuable asset to your company. My experience working at the Six Flag Astroworld helped me to deal with customers in a calm and pleasant manner, while at the same time keeping up with it's fast paced environment. Thankyou for your consideration,
