hey...ok well here it is im 14 and
im way over weight...im like 5'4 and weigh 180 bt i dont look it i only look 120 cuz im mostly ass & boobs( as everyone says) ( i wear a DD which is big for my age)....during christmas im going to see my boyfriend..(he lives an hour away so i dont get to see him at all:( )...and i wana lose weight before then..i mean i know i dont look that big , but i wana have muscle and i wana be more confident

Well i have been dropping pounds pretty fast because i have been jogging about 1 mile in the morning and night, i have been eating healthy foods, and i have dropped carbonated drinks. The only drink that i drink is water. Also instead of eating a big meal, i cut it down just to fruit and i eat VERY slowly. *when you eat slow your stomache fills up quicker and you tend to eat less.
Its a hard task to stick to but you will love the results! I hope this helps!
