Q: So me and my friends were smoking paper (yeah i know its retarded) And I know it cant get you high (unless you stuff it with weed or have smoke newspaper which has ink) but I was wondering if there are any effects. You do inhale a ton of smoke and burn the heck out of your throat. Just wondering. I'll rate you for anything unless its under the lines of "Omg you shouldn't do that!" thanks.
