advice
Ok well in exactly a week from now I have to run a mile and a half in P.E, and I'm really out of shape. It's a race and my teacher says I must be one of the first people to finish. Does anybody have advice on how to run faster? Any food that could give me energy to run faster? Please help me.
Caffeine or energy drinks? That could help with the higher energy levels. Practice your hardest though. Bare in mind that you're going to do it to you and not for other people - don't let the pressure get to you too much!
