Ok well in exactly a week from now I have to run a mile and a half in P.E, and I'm really out of shape. It's a race and my teacher says I must be one of the first people to finish. Does anybody have advice on how to run faster? Any food that could give me energy to run faster? Please help me. (link)

ok drink lots of water and try your best dont run really fast at the beginning and lose your energy. wait till the last strech then use every bit of energy you have left and run as fast as you can till the finish line.
