anyone know any mental pick-me-ups for someone who feels really depressed? (foods, activities, etc. don't tell me to "count my blessings" or "see a therapist" or "love myself" or something.) (link)

CHOCOLATE! Chocolate makes you feel SOOOOOH happy after you eat it! Its a great pick-me-up if you are depressed (and it comes in FAT FREE and sugar free so you don't gain weight. AND YUMMMMM, ICE CREAM IS A WONDERFUL PICK-ME-UP. THAT'S WHAT I EAT WHEN I AM SAD! An activity you can do to make you feel happier is to LAUGH WITH FRIENDS! THAT MAKES ME REAL HAPPY!
