I am not sure this is the right category for this but I figured its all pretty much the same thing. Ok here is the deal. I feel so large. I have a big butt and my stomache seems to be getting bigger. I don't have like fat fat but i just feel so big compared to all my friends who have extremely small waists. I'm about 5"3 and range 110-113 pounds i believe but who knows? I might even weigh 120. Anyways I feel really big and I need some major diet help. I need exercise tips that will help me. My goal is to lose like 10 pounds. I am not anorexic but tis time to find something to do. I will rate high for good answers.

No worries about the catagory or the rating - I'm doing it because I want to! :)
- Sit ups are good for the stomach, very good in fact!
- At home exercise, i.e. buying a fitness tape/dvd?
