my mom says that she gives me lots of priveleges, which i highly disagree with. just today i had a friend over -a girl- -im a guy- and we went to my room and my mom yelled at me and told me that im too old to have girls in my room even if we're just friends -btw im 15-. do you agree with this? if you do then why?! if you dont then how do i tell my mom that i am mature enough to control myself around my friends...sheesh (link)

Ok well my parents have the same rule....like i cna't have a guy in my room when it's just me and him..but if it's like a bunch of my gf's nd a couple guys we can go in my room as long as the door is left open. I think the rule is reasonable, but ya ofcourse i wish I could have a guy in my room alone....but you're mom just doesn't want you having sex while she's just in the other room..and she doesnt want you impregnating some girl. That's really what it comes down to...sex. There's really nothing you can do about it. Try telling your mom....that you are def. JUST friends with this girl and is it ok if we chill in my room with the door open, so you know we aren't doing anything. Good luck! ♥ caitie
