hey, im 14 5'1" and 111 pounds, i guess not fat but i feel like im getting "chunkier" than i used to be. Cheerleading starts in 6 weeks and i want to be a little lighter becuase im going to be a flyer, i also want to get rid of some tummy fat and the really annoying flab on my inner thighs! Any ideas that dont need equipment?

mabey you should start going for runs and do ALOT of crunches and also snap v`s .. good luck with cheerleading.
