advice

how can you loose wight without taking a pill..and it is easy and it is kinda short but you do it a lot and it works goood.. ok im 13 and my wight is 195 and im 5'6 and i lift wights and stuff but the doc says that muscle ways more than fat but i wanna no how to loose me belly fat and leg fat quick and fun... sooo plzz help me with wat kind of exersises and suggestings that you have to tell me..thank you

you have to eat all 3 meals because if you miss one then your body thinks you have to store fat cause they wont no when the next time you might eat. and start going running do alot of sit ups and wall sits also do supermans you might want to find a friend to work out with i find that more fun. make it a friend that is determan and that will push you and wont let you get side tracked
