When I was younger, I was a gymnast. I quit gymnastics and started karate, and doing other things. When I became an actual cheerleader, [I started cheering again in second grade], in about 8th grade I started tumbling again. But I'm scared to try anything. What do I do??
Me too. I used too. That was exact situation a year ago. I had this huge mental block on just a back-handspring, but then my coach said something I will never forget, and I live by it; "Dont think about what might happen, think about what you need to do." And now I have my full!
