hi. i never excericise. i don*t play sports, i don*t run or walk much, and i don*t work out. but i realized that i really want nice abs, so i*m trying to come up with a plan for me to do a number of crunches a day for 2 months to get nice abs. so far i*ve decided to do 50 crunches every night and 40 every morning. do you think that i*ll have abs in 2 months? if not how many should i do then? if i were you, id do em at morning and night... it takes a lot to get abs, and if your not exersizing much, its going to be twice as hard.. if you run, suck in your stomach when you do so... that helps make your stomach flatter, and helps give you abs... but if you only want t o do sit ups, yea do like 100 a day... (or more if you can stand it.. they get a lil painful after a lil bit) but do it at morning and night...
