I am not fat. But I want to get slimmer. its okay if you get mad and tell me not to worry about my weight but i've tried and it wont work. what do i do to get a slimmer stomach. please dont give some website to look at b/c i hate researching on the web. just tell me what to do... Do a set of 50 situps or 'crunches' everyday.
Also,stand with your legs slightly spread and twist your body to each side at your waist.
Standing in the same position,raise one hand and bend over so it touches the opposite foot.
((ex: right hand to left foot))
These excercises work out your stomach,side and abs muscles so this should help alot if you do it everyday.
Also,running wouldn't hurt,either.
