i need advice on how to lose three pounds or more in the next 2 weeks, im 13/f, if anyone has any deit ideas or plans (advice) i would greatly appreciate any help i can get, thanks (link)

im 13 2 so just eat low cal low sugar things like crackers as snacks every 2-3 hours. DONT starve yourself. first, this makes your metabolism slow down cause your body thinks your starving and it makes you sick. so just eat small snacks every 2-3 hours and if you must eat, eat a salad and dont stuff yourself. i lost 10 pounds in a month this way.
