i am skinny and thin and i love my body but as always like everyone i dont like one part of my body..which is my thighs...my inner thighs kinda rub together and it would help alot if i got some help.please give me your best answer on how to lose weight in my inner thighs quick with a good diet and excersice answer please only answer if you got a good answer thanks much!!! Do uphill runs, or just sprint up stairs. Those exercises work your whole thighs a lot. If you want to work your abs, just try doing situps in every possible position you can think of, and you'll work all your stomach muscles.
