My birthdays coming up in about a month and i always have a party with a theme whether it be tinker bell or something cute like that but i'm turning 15 and i still want a theme but not like a lil girlish one because i'm going to be 15 and my friends mom is going to make my cake and she wants to put something on it that has to do with the theme...the party's going to be at my house...any ideas on themes thanx in advance!♥ (link)

Hey, a few friends of mine still like to do this so I can give you some more grown-up sort of themes to mull over:
1) do a simple black/white-tie theme. Guys in suits, girls in ridiculously over the top ball gowns (the girls will love you for both)
2)A Medieval/Tudor/Elizabethan ball (or whatever you guys have out there with hisorical but pretty dress)
3)A letter theme. Sounds odd but basically everyoine has to come as something/someone beginning with a certain letter. That sorts out your cake too- ust have one in the shape of a P or something.
4)A pajama party is always fun (just make sure none of the guys claim that because they sleep naked...)
5)An ice-cream party. again sorts out the cake- either have it ice-cream filled or make it in the shape of an ice cream. Have all the food as different ice cream and hire a foam machine, etc etc
