Ok i am not a skinny person i am really over weight and i wanna loose a lot of weight before christmas and stuff so i can feel better about myself and so people will stop making fun of me and stuff i would like to know what to buy how much to eat how much to exercise and what foods are good and not how long i have to exercise what to drink and everything. I pretty much only drink water so yeah.And i want to loose as many pounds as i can in a week/month/year. so plz give me soem advice. (link)

Well if you have stairs run up and down those a couple of times a day ( carefully).Instead of 3 bigger meals a day have 5 smaller meals.Do jumping jacks,crunches,yoga, anything that will get your blood pumping and it will wanna make you do more such as bike riding and/or running.Try to stay away from sweets and such.
