I really need help!

I can't fall asleep ever, i'm getting in a really bad habbit, a REALLY bad one. School atarts in less then 3 weeks! And I start school around 6 *thats what time it's suggested that you wake up*

And I dont go to sleep un'till about 3:57 AM or atleast 6:24... Between those times. That means I'd have to stay up for almost 2 days straight!

Are sleeping pills healthy? I really have to get out of this habbit. It's going to ruin my whole school year!

And P.S: I sleep atleast untill 2 in the afternoon, Thats what time school ends. I can sleep through school!

So about the pills, what is a really good brand that really works. How long do they take to work and make you fall asleep (kick in)? I have pill-Phobia for large pills, Do they come in a big size? My parents don't want to spend over $50 for them. They want me to have a good education, do they effect your mood in anyway if you take them? How many do you take?

Sorry it was so long, but im trying to get as much information I possibally can.

You should just try this before trying sleeping pills:: Go out and buy an alarm clock, if you don't already have one. Try to go to bed earlier (if you can) or if not, just go to bed and fll asleep whenever you normally do but set your alarm clock for like 10 am and when it goes off at 10am make yourself get out of bed and don't take any naps during the day... You'll be tired that day but you'll want to go to sleep at a better time that night. Keep doing that for a few days and gradually start setting your alarm clock earlier and going to bed earlier. I think you have your days and nights mixed up....

If that doesn't work, go to the doctor for sleeping pills. They're not very healthy but if you need them, you should get them from your doctor. It's easy to become addicted to sleeping pills so don't abuse them.... It is NOT smart to just get some randomsleeping pills fromt he drug store. I know a lot of people think it is, but it's really not.

I hope this helps.
