ok I have been doing about 60 situps a day and now my stomiac hurts in the bottom of it. REALLY BAD to. Whats wrong and whats going on. I will rate all 5'd 4 good answers. (Please exuse the misspelled words) Thanks (link)

Your lower abs are probably just sore. Try stretching it out by either doing the bridge or you can lay on ur stomcah and push your upper body up with your hands. Hope I helped.
