i am trying to go on a diet and it works for a day then the next day i totally pig out! then i regret it and the process starts over! does anyone have any dieting tips?

the best diet tip i can give you is to eat what you want, and when you want it. life is about living- so if youre not eating what you want- then youre killing yourself.not tryin to be harsh- but it's the truth.hope i helped.
