Hey guys.. My little cousin is turning 16 in January and we really want to help her throw a party, or throw one for her. For my 16th birthday my twin & i just had like a big cookout in out backyard because its in June and its nice. But for January we dont know what to do. Ideas or birthday party stories would be great.

I know how it must feel. My bday is in february and my dad couldnt think of ne thing either. what we did for mine : my dad flew me and 10 friends out to california (he came too of course) and we rented a house and we had a BBQ there and we went swimming. it was fri-tues. but of course it was REALLY expensive.
