how can i lose the fat in my thighs? please dont say oh as long as your healthy then you dont need to lose the weight or get lipo suchtion

ok, to lose weight in your thighs, jog like a mile or a half a mile every day to build strengh so you don't have to go to a gym unless you want a higher level workout. Right at the moment i am starting to ride bike and roller blade, swim, and maybe start jogging. Play a game of basketball or tennis once in awhile to stay toned. Hope this helps!!
