My boyfriend and I broke up a little more than 2 months ago, and about a week ago he told me that he still loved me and could never bare to tell his mom we broke up because it would make it "real." I told him that i still love him too, and, even though we had gone back to being best friends after we broke up, now that we both admitted to still liking eachother we have barely talked or anything. I'm starting to worry our frienship is falling apart, which is more important to me than ANYTHING. Is there any way i could make a move to tell him we're still OK and nothing's changed, anything u guys think will help...or, more importantly, any reason this has happened? (link)

i can relate to where you're coming from. me and my x went out 2 times and broke up..and he's now one of my closests friends. he's actually like my best friend..but anyways..when i found out that my x still liked me and i still liked him..it's been really hard to tell each other our feelings about each other now and that's what seems to be happening with you and this boy. i don't think it's cause he doesn't like you because i'm sure he does but maybe he just doesn't want to get involved with a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship because now that you guys are so close he's afraid that if something bad happens in the relationship you're not even going to be able to be friends. maybe you should hang out with him sometime soon and find out what he really wants to do. be friends or be more..because unless you take a chance to ask him you'll never know and what can a simple question hurt...i hope i helped..follow your heart and do what YOU think is right.
