Q: okay so whenever i wake up in the morning i always feel so nausious that i cant eat anything but it usually goes away by about 10...excpet sometimes it gets worse and i either throw up or are about to throw up...and its not because im hungry because i usually have like big midnight snacks and stuff so whats wrong wtih me
