Well sometimes whenever I'm not sure what to say, I put myself in their place...what would I do? What would I say? But you ALWAYS have to be honest, because if you're lying to them.. that's not really helping them is it? And whenever you answer something, or give your opinion, you have to try not to be rude, but say it in a way so they understand where you're coming from. or just imagine what you would want to hear from them. if you had that expirence before.. what did you do to get over it? see what im saying?
