omg, i used to have the exact same problem. i would roll around in my bed for hours. i would try reading, watching tv, anything to make me tired. but here's some tricks that I use now. alot of this comes from the way you eat. try not to drink caffinated sodas after 4 o clock in the afternoon. it takes 3 hours for your body to burn the caffein. try drinking milk before bed. medical tests prove that milk has some soothing effects on people that cause them to sleep more soundly. another probable reason is excersize. if you sit around and watch tv all day, by the time you go to bed your body will be sick of doing nothing. try to work your legs a little during the day. I'm not saying start an extreme excersize schedule or anything, it just takes a little to make your body tired.
