Q: heyyy i was just wondering if it's safe to really get an account on ebay and buy purses and what not! i have wanted an account for a long asZ* time and im just not sure what its all about and how it works and everything! please help ill rate very high;)

There are risks, but thats where people's feedback comes in handy!! Ebayers who sell a lot of stuff have a feedback number.. and by clicking on it you can see if the person is a good seller... if they are you could bid on their stuff.. because most likely they are a good seller.. but if the feedback is mostly negatives.. then you know you wouldnt want to buy something from them. I, myself have an ebay account and I buy stuff on of ebay all the time.. I've gotten all my items and I have never met up with a bad seller!.. although I do always check feedback!
