ok im 15/f and i really like this guy but he's so shy!! he barely talks online to anyone even his friends! i want him to open up cause the only time he talked a lot was at school in class but schools out now so we never see eachother! he's never even had a gf before so that might be why he's so shy but i really want him to open up so how can i do that! Well online, just ask him about himself like what did you do today and what kind of things he likes and stuff like that. Then if he talks more ask him if he wants to go to the pool w/ you one day or something if he's not too busy! Ok well hope i helped! love yah!
