advice
i just bought a fairly tight-fitting dress for prom. i like it, but it shows a few bulges i dont want it to. is there any kind of workout that can burn some fat off my butt and stomach? are there any special foods that i should eat/not eat that can help? is there anyway to make the butt and stomach fat less noticable? thanks so much. i rate high for good answers.
just dont eat anything but fruit and veggies and drink nothing but water and diet soda for a few weeks.do sit ups and cruches and run or use a tredmill. no matter what dont give up on your work out. hope i helped
